Hello,

I have never been able to successfully calibrate my Mavic Pro using a DJI Assistant 2 on my iMac. I downloaded the latest version (1.2.4) and when I enter the calibration mode it shows blank screen. Has anyone been able to successfully calibrate Mavic on iMac 27"? I'm using the latest firmware and don't own a Windows PC.

Thanks,
Lukasz

Hi there, I do apologize for the inconvenience caused. Could you please try to uninstall and reinstall DJI Assistant 2? Please make sure to turn off your firewall and anti-virus. If the issue persists, I suggest you try to use different PC. Let's see if this will work. Thank you.

Hi Natalia, yes I've tried re-installing DJI Assistant and the issue remains. I don't have access to another computer. It seems to me this is a bug. Thanks.

Did you try changing the resolution on your screen to see if that helps?

I did. Actually iMac 27" runs natively at 2560x1440, you can only scale down the resolution, not use a different resolution.

It worked for me the second time after I changed the resolution to 1600x900. Thanks for help!

Hi, Thanks for your updates. Glad to know that the issue has been sorted. I would recommend setting the resolution of your computer into a default mode and it would be better if the monitor is higher 14 inches or higher. Thank you for the support. Please keep us posted if you have other concern.
