I don’t see black dots in the photo. Does it happen when you take photos and videos? Are the black dots always in the same place ?

Wow thats really bad.
Can you check your lens to make sure it is clean you may need to use a magnifying glass.
If it is perfectly clean then i think you may have an issue with the sensor in the camera.
If this is the case and if still under warranty then i would start a case with dji support and get the camera replaced.
Oh for those who cant see the problem zoom in!

The 'black dots' are stuck pixels on the camera sensor, it is a fault and needs to be fixed by sending the aircraft back to DJI.

How can I do that? I bought it on polish web store..

I would contact dji support they will give you details of how to send the drone in for repair.
You will need to start a case with them first. Goto the dji support section of this app from there you can get things going.

This one is definitely a camera fault.  It isn't handling over-exposed areas correctly (nothing to do with zebra/over-exposure warnings).

I bought a second-hand drone without the warranty, so I will have to pay for repairing my phantom... What do you think, how much does this repair cost?

There are red and white dots all over my images. I already sent my phantom 4 back for this SAME EXACT PROBLEM. Why is this happening? I have never crashed my drone and it has always been taken care of...
