Hi there. Thanks for reaching DJI Forum. I would like to clarify, may I know if the over-exposure warning is enabled to your DJI Go app? If yes, please kindly disable it. For reference, please see the attached image below. Should you have further question, please let us know. Thank you.
Wow thats really bad.
Can you check your lens to make sure it is clean you may need to use a magnifying glass.
If it is perfectly clean then i think you may have an issue with the sensor in the camera.
If this is the case and if still under warranty then i would start a case with dji support and get the camera replaced.
Oh for those who cant see the problem zoom in!
I would contact dji support they will give you details of how to send the drone in for repair.
You will need to start a case with them first. Goto the dji support section of this app from there you can get things going.
I bought a second-hand drone without the warranty, so I will have to pay for repairing my phantom... What do you think, how much does this repair cost?

Hi. Can you provide the serial number, please? I can see that you're from Poland, is that right?
There are red and white dots all over my images. I already sent my phantom 4 back for this SAME EXACT PROBLEM. Why is this happening? I have never crashed my drone and it has always been taken care of...
