Hey guys, finally got my hands on the ronin-s and everything is great... But, every video I've watched people are able to keep their camera balanced at 90 degrees here and even maxed out I can't stop the forward roll.  Am I doing something wrong or is this acceptable?  I've booted up the ronin and used it with success, but I just want to be sure my unit is functioning properly and that I'm not setting it up wrong.  Thanks.  Short clip of my situation:

There is a small square piece that you mount under the camera on to the plate. Put that on and try to balance. I had the same issue as well and that fixed it
