I ordered a ronin s from dji and it was shipped on Thursday 16th.
However I been provided 2 different tracking numbers.
1 via email and 1 via the dji app and text message.

1 parcel is currently in the East Midlands, UK
1 parcel is currently in Shenzhen China

My order number is 0447072082987
Can you help please ?

Hi mate, mine did exactly the same.
Eventually the one in China changed to East Midlands, and then to Birmingham where it is going to be delivered. Nothing to worry about.

My guess is the one tracking number is for the shipment from DJI which includes a variety of products, and the other your individual product.

My one tracking number from DJI changed from China to East Midlands and then to Birmingham. Mine should be delivered tomorrow hopefully, it's currently at the delivery centre as DHL don't deliver on weekends.

The parcel in China has sat there since Thursday. Surely that can’t be right when the other parcel was shipped a few hours later on Thursday and it’s now at the east mindlands ?

So with your 2 tracking numbers, did one stage 3 items and the other state 1 item ?

Also when did both update to East Midlands and birminging ?
Just one of my with 3 items state East Midlands, the other with 1 item states China - when will that update ?

Yes this helps, so basically dji are shipping multiple orders to the uk and then once in the uk they separate the orders into individuals

Yep, that's correct I think.

Since Friday, it shows me (Departed Facility in SHENZHEN) and does not change.

There's two tracking numbers, one from DHL and one from DJI. One number will update continuously while one will stay at China for a while. Check both as I'm sure your package will have shipped from China by now. Mine did the exact same.

Hi Tion, the tracking number in the email should be right, we are verifying with the related team why there are two tracking numbers, but no worries, it will not affect the shipping, hope you will receive Ronin-S soon.

I do not see any updates on the dhl site. Still departed Facility in SHENZHEN - CHINA.
I also received an e-mail with tracking number, but it seems that it is not correct. You mistakenly sent me someone elses tracking number. Who lives in UK and he has already received his parcel and mine is still stuck in SHENZHEN.

In my profile DJI i found the right tracking number.

I only got one tracking number.

Yes, the one piece is yours and the other 2 are mine and my friends, have contacted DHL direct and they are looking into it. Does make sense for DJI to combine 3 orders going to the same place, just wish they'd made it a bit more clear

My two tracking numbers say exactly the same as yours. DHL are looking into it and will be back to me by 11am tomorrow

So one is still in China and the other in East Midlands signed for ?

Why does it take dhl that long to look into this, surely they should know what is going on

They asked for parcel dimensions etc, which I couldn’t give them. That depot is 24/7 so I imagine the china waybill will update throughout the evening/morning with delivery estimate etc. Setup tracking info notifications on the China one and you’ll get texts as updates come in

Yes Mindy thank you, I have received it. But i have a problem with Balancing, I did everything as shown in the video. YAW- bad, Roll and Pitch Excellent.
