The world's oldest leader as well as Malaysia Prime Minister, Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad have visited Dji facities in China this morning (Malaysia time)
BEIJING: Prime Minister Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad began his third day of his visit to China with a visit to tech giant Da-Jiang Innovations, better known as DJI.
DJI, which is based in Shenzen, Guangdong is acknowledged as the world’s largest commercial drone producer, with a 70 per cent share of the world market.
DJI drones are used worldwide by the music, television and film industry. Dr Mahathir was treated to a demonstration of DJI’s latest drone technology.
He was welcomed upon arrival by DJI president, Roger Luo, and vice-president, Fred Zhang. Also present was Agriculture and Agro-based Industries Minister, Datuk Salahuddin Ayub.
