i have tried Assistant 2 on mac and pc always goes to 99% then fails no matter what version i try and update firrware to

cannot connect via Wi-Fi either habe tried Android am ipbone

Did you try reset factory default before update? Also try to use fully charge battery to see if it helps. You can consider uninstall and reinstall latest Assistant 2, change usb port and cable too. Good luck.

here is the available firmware . I can upload all of them top the remote.  But none of them will upload to the drone.

I have followed every single suggestion here on fori=ums from other posts.

I cannot communicate with drone via app nor remote

cannot bind remote any longer to drone

does not show up on wifi list

Happened after i accepted firmware notification via app. the app failed to update and this is what I am left with

Thanks for the details, could you please export the log to us for analysis? Here is the method to export the log:
Assistant 2(Windows):
C:/Users/XXXXXX/AppData/Roaming/DJI Assistant 2/upgrade_log

Assistant 2(MAC):
~/Library/Application Support/DJI Assistant 2/upgrade_log

Once you export it, please upload to Dropbox or Google Drive and post the link here, thank you.

yes  tried every suggestion/  method from Forums Checked switch

everything works fine as far as updating firmware on remote
Will not connect wifi- wifi does not show up in list

Hi Yznheimer, sorry that this is not the log we need, we need the log the firmware upgrade instead of the log of DJI Assistant 2 upgrade, please follow the path I posted in10# and find it under 'upgrade_log', the log is encrypted and can only be viewed by our engineers, please check again, thank you.

if the aircraft says it is at v00.00.000 and will not accept an update of any kind because it fails

how would there be a log?

in addition I looked at the directory location instructions provided and I do not see such a directory
