can i mapping the glacier with Inspire2 X5 camera in pix4d capture.

Hi. Thank you for reaching DJI Forum. We highly suggest using GS Pro for mapping. However, just to remind you, that's only compatible with iPad.

I would also highly recommend using the GS Pro application or Map Pilot. We've had great success with both applications for imagery collection. Some hints for mapping homogeneous terrain such as a glacier surface:

Make sure you have good overlap.. 80% in track and 80% cross track
Make sure you've setup the camera for crisp clear images
Make sure to set a fixed white balance such as Sunny or Cloudy
Make sure to fly at a high elevation >= 400ft to obtain tie-points and lots of features
