The Lexar cards are problematic, get yourself a Sandisk Extreme Pro cad, format it in the aircraft and you should be OK>

I purched the samsung 64GB class 10 U3 sd card and it still doesn't record

I do apologize for the inconvenience caused. Have you tried to reformat the SD card before inserting this into your aircraft?
