When you guys put your drone away in the case, do you put protection on the camera before you put it in the case? When I opened my drone and took the gamble off, the camera was very loose. Is is supposed to be like that? Or should I make it tighter? Thank  you!

Are you talking about when you took the gimbal lock off the camera and gimbal were free to move about in many directions?   If so, then this is normal.

I would place the gimbal guard on the camera any time I expected to move it from a level upright position.  

If I was just going to just sit it on a shelf, I might not bother with the gimbal guard.

Hi there, thank you for reaching out and about your concern yes it just normal that the camera will move freely when the Aircraft is off just like the previous post says.

If the bird is not ready to fly, anywhere, the gimbal lock is ON.  I also put the little foam thingy ON.
