Phantom 3 Pro Case. NO UPS label

I have an open case with DJI right now.  I have recieved and email with my case number but have yet to recieve the email with my UPS label to send the unit in.   The case was opened last Thursday so its been past the 24-48 hours to get my UPS label

Can you help me?

I got a case number now but I cant say I understand the diagnosis.  CAS-2138207-F8X4H8  is my case number
I a cannot say I agree that I would need the replacement of a Phantom 3 Professional Gimbal Yaw-axis Video Downlink Main Board V10.   
Im no expert like you guys, but i do know that this Phantom 3 was JUST TAKEN OUT OF THE BOX FOR THE FIRST TIME.   IT HAS NEVER BEEN FLOWN.    How could the equimpant be broken?
