I am hardly the most observant person in the world, but I was just fishing around on the DJI store and noticed a Trade Up program?  Is this new? Don't remember seeing it in the past.  Has anyone used it?  I was kinda playing around with it and found it sort of interesting.

So is this a new program and perhaps in anticipation of the M2P by DJI for maybe some of us who's fleets have grown to large?

Hi, thanks for the quick reply. Yes it is a new program by DJI. It was launched last August 15th 2018. However, this program is exclusively available in United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii) only.

Looks like a 3rd party administers the program Re-Tek

Yeah $56 for a P3A I'll pass.

$296 for my MP in excellent condition? Nope.

Be sure to have set your region to United States, then the link works.
(As Natalia already posted above, the trade up is only available in the U.S.)

I noticed no trade in for the Mavic Air?

The trade up is a joke, they are giving a third of value. Not to mention your batteries will be worthless.

This is a BAD sign! This means they are trying to get away from the MA completely. I'd say our hopes for a fixed firmware just went out the window!

$358.00 for a brand new Mavic Pro used only 6 times and in perfect condition. WHAT A RIP OFF.
I've been wanting this type of program, but take at least 60% of what the new cost is. I'd like to see 80% return, but that doesn't even happen with pawn shops and this is what I feel like this is.
It's like a pawn shop giving you $20.00 for a $4,000.00 watch.

Except they're NOT a pawn shop, but the manufacturers of the very same product. I can understand if it's a YUNEEC drone or an iPhone5, but to give such a weak exchange for their own drones doesn't say much for their tech.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE is my honest opinion and I hope DJI gets better at this. Maybe I'm wrong and not seeing things from their POV, but I'm not them so...ya.

Yeah, terrible prices for used, like new Mavic. Should be rebranded "DJI Rip Off Program"

absolutely not and whoever does is crazy or just too lazy to put it on craigslist instead. This is the equivalent to gamestop giving you 5 bucks for that $60 game you bought the other day

Recently sold my MA FMC and extras on eBay for £865... Sold it in 10 hours of being advertised and the money was cleared in my pay pal account the next morning. I can't see this new programme offering that sort of return plus it appears to be for the US and China only.

DJI is only offering, $56.00 for my Phantom2 Vision Plus , it has a better WIFI Module in it than what it came with. No way!!!

The Mavic Air seems to be worthless.  

98.00 for my inspire that I just sold  on the open market for 600.00 . Anyone who uses that program is a fool.

I just sold my original MP with all original contents + spare battery + spare props for $750 to a local on Craigslist. I didn't have it listed for 12 hours and it was sold. Point is, don't trade it in, sell it yourself, you'll find a buyer quickly and make the most money that way

DJI P3S sold for $400 with extra battery and non-DJI backpack on OfferUp. No thanks to $108 on TradeUp

DJI is to low, minimum should be $500.

it seems to be under construction, as i no longer have access to the selection radio
