I have an A2 FC unit and I just bought a H3-3d with the GCU. When I power it on, the gimbal just moves up and down or left and right over and over again. I have updated the firmware for the GCU and ICU to the latest versions, but I am still getting the same result. The led on the gimbal is red.

Also, is there an led on the side of the GCU. It looks like there is, but I haven't seen it turn on.

I thought maybe I got a bad gimbal or GCU so I have returned both and got new ones, but the problem is still the same.

Has anyone had this same problem and successfully fixed it?
