I've shamelessly exploited the current hype and got myself a 2nd hand mavic pro with all the faff for a price that's so low, it digs holes through the planet.
Therefore I'll stick with my mavic pro as long as I can

Same here.  Not being a professional photo/videographer, I don't see enough pertinent improvements to suggest I should dump my rather new MPP to upgrade.   I'll wait for the MP3.

Sticking with my Mavic Pro until the props fall off. By then, maybe they'll have the bugs worked out of the MP 2 firmware.

Just ordered the M2P!   Can't WAIT to get my hands on it..

Im certain I will not but a Mavic 2. Dont care for the price point. My MP does just fine for me.

Thanks, I saw a video on YouTube that shows the pro has a full frame 4k field of view which is even wider, so it's hard to know which mode is the field of view referring to.

Are you talking about Full FOV or HQ like shown in this video?

Mine is shipped, but no DHL number yet. However, if it does not offer C4K I will send it back to DJI. I hope it is a typo on their site showing the specs.

Im a student and just bought the MP fly more...definetly not going for the new release, not atleast for another 2-3 years.

I was torn between pro or zoom for watching whales and staying the required distance away or just scouting around.

#1 Everything gets compressed on youtube and water/trees can sometimes not be perfect.

#2 But then with the Pros camera I would hope with the better quality you could get 25% digital zoom to look good vs the zoom at x2.

I want to see comparisons for Pro digital 4x [size=14.6667px]with (Full FOV and HQ FOV) vs Zoom 2x manual/2x digital (4x lossless).

I think that I will stick with my MP, sure the new MP2 has a much better camera and a couple of better features but as a hobbyist the MP is to my satisfaction. as for the extra sensors well just fly safely!

I will stick with my MA for now. Small and a potent little drone. Can get some awesome images from that if u stick to the best light etc for photography. Also, will wait and see how their support etc will go for the M2, so far i am not impressed with the support for MA.

Enterprise probably a ways out and had the attachment bracket on top the drone. I was interested too!

There is a couple things missing, like Mavic Pro had 2x digital, might not have been added to Mavic 2 Pro because of the Zoom model. I was also interested in Cinema 4K, and it could be added in the future?
Creating a forum topic can usually get an answer by DJI mods asking the engineer team.

I was about to order M2P, but today I saw few posts about some issues like overheating, loose screw, residue in/on camera, broken gimbal and I don't want to do same mistake like I did with MA (image not sharp across the lens) and order too soon. I don't blame DJI, these issues are quite normal if you consider how complex this device is. I will just wait for few months or so
