Hello friends.

I start my DJI Osmo Mobile, but I have some troubles.
When I turn on my DJI, the green light status blink 3 times fast. Then, red light blink fast about 4 seconds, and then, status led becomes a solid red.
The control buttons do not work (just power switch), and do not conect with app (bluetooth). The device doesn't appear in the list.
I've tried clean the battery connectors, tried do a hard reset (with trigger, shutter and power buttons), but do not work too.
I am startin a personal video project in the next week, and I stay desperate, because if my gear do not work, I lost the weather window to make my films.
Somebody can help?

Hi. Is the battery fully charged? Did you try to refresh the firmware using DJI Assistant 2?
