Why is my video liveview and recorded pixelated?

Mavic Pro, Air
What mobile device are you using
What firmware are you on
What App version are you using.Is the video bad on the phone cache
Is the video also bad on the SD card

Hi, I do apologize for the inconvenience caused. May I know what mobile device are you using? Also, may I know if the firmware of your drone is updated to the latest version?

Mav, Pro Platinum Samsung Galaxy S7  firmware V01.04.0400  DJI GO 4 4.2.24   The Video is bad during live view , bad on the SD card and the phone cache.  The SD card has been changed and reformatted same results .  The app has been removed and reinstalled.

Mav, Pro Platinum Samsung Galaxy S7  firmware V01.04.0400  DJI GO 4 4.2.24   The Video is bad during live view , bad on the SD card and the phone cache.  The SD card has been changed and reformatted same results .  The app has been removed and reinstalled.
