DJI has released a special version of DJI Assistant for Mavic 2. It installs in parallel to the general DJI Assistant for other models, thus no conflict in use.

All I can say is that during installation (Win10) there was no error message concerning unsigned drivers, only a warning from Windows Defender. Not yet having a Mavic 2 I could not test more. Of course I have tested if it also works with Mavic Air, which is not the case.

What is Dji Assistant?  I cannot open it after download because Macbook computer say it is developed by unknown developer.

It is the software that allows you to upgrade the firmware in a more stable way than with your mobile device, you need it to export the blackbox data in case there is a need to make it available to DJI for warranty evaluation and you need it for calibrating the vision sensors should that become necessary one day.
I have no experience with Apple computers and therefore don't know why it doesn't work on your Macbook. Certainly others will be able to assist you with that.

So, I can use the Window computer to do it. You meant that Dji Assistant can upgrade the firmware of Dji Mavic 2 Pro by connecting the M2P via USB cable to the WIndow computer?

Exactly, but you have to use the new version of DJI Assistant that has been issued for Mavic 2: https://www.dji.com/mavic-2/info#downloads
And it is important too that your Mavic is attached to the computer and switched on during installation. In case there are any warnings from Windows Defender just confirm that you want to install all components, it is safe.

You can install on a Mac, follow the instructions in the pop up box, you have to go into Security Preferences and tick the Install Anyway box.

It should be good.

Another way to get past it -
Do a 'Control' plus mouse click on downloaded 'DJI+Assistant+2+For+Mavic+2.0.0.pkg' file.
In pop-up menu, select 'Open with' - 'Installer.app (default).
New pop-up appears that ask to 'Open' or 'Cancel', select 'Open'.
Lastly a new pop-up opens asking for Admin login / password.

About same amount of effort as opening System Preferences.
