Hi. I was issued a refund on Aug 12 for a DJI Ronin S that was purchased on July 31. It is now Aug 24 and I have yet to see any money refunded back into my bank account. I have contacted live chat and tech support with no real help. Here is the order number - 0019421040584

Hi Tim, thanks for your patience, we have verified with the related team, we haven't charged this order but the pre-authorization before it is canceled, did you verify with your bank?
