I am truly disappointed with this product and brand. I was planing on purchasing the Mavic Pro 2 but that is not going to happen. I got the DJI Ronin S on September 10 2019 and on October 11, on my first day using it, the bluetooth stopped working on the middle of a shoot. I tried everything I could find on the internet, DJI support and forums but nothing worked. I called technical support and they said to hit the M button 6 times, then restart the unit. So I did, my Ronin went crazy rotating all around and got scraped, was lucky I didn't have nothing near it. The last step in the instructions from the support specialist was to refresh or install new updates, things just got worst, now I have a none working DJI Ronin S because it just won't update and again I went into the forums and the internet and every fix I tried did nothing. I bought my DJI Ronin S at BestBuy and my mistake was not purchasing their extended warranty so that I could get my money back and go with another brand. I will try again on Monday and see if I can get this sorted out and have my unit repaired or preferably replaced.
