Dear Support Team,

we have a request/issue report with DJI Goggles RE and Inspire 2 Aircraft in Dual-Op mode.
The Setting: Pilot uses classic remote and tablet for steering the Inspire 2. Camera-Operator uses classic remote and DJI Goggles RE connected with USB for Camera-Operation.

The Issue: When the Head-Tracking mode is on, the Camera will follow the head-movements AND the aircraft orientation. We cant unlink the gimbal from the aircraft orientation in head-tracking mode - like you normally do it, when you control the camera with the second remote. This makes the second-operator head-tracking not usable...

Can you please consider this with your engineers if we are just doing it wrong, or there is no option at the moment for this? Please do this, after the firmware fix - this is more important right now =D

with kind regards
Felix

Hi. We apologize for the inconvenience. Can you provide us the firmware version of the aircraft, remote, app and goggles?

hey wanda, thank you for your immediate reply - everything has the latest firmware... even the inspire .200 with all the glitches and (little) problems it comes with - we never tested this combination with older firmware, because we purchased the goggles re last week...

I see. Can you try to downgrade the firmware of the aircraft? We were able to check on our engineers that this new firmware is a bug. Please kindly downgrade the firmware and use the drone first. You may do that by connecting your drone to the DJI Assistant 2 and it will give you an option their to downgrade the firmware. Our engineers are currently trying to fix it. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience that may have caused you. We will keep you updated once it's fixed. Thank you for your understanding.
