I have created a site where you can upload your existing CSV log files and replay them on a map.

After uploading your log files you get a pilot log, listing them all and giving you your totals.

Track can either be private or public. You can also share a track with your friends on common social networks.

In the uploading process the log file will be converted into a Google Earth KML file, with it you can see the track in 3D space.

It's free to use.

Log file structures are different between developers and manufacturers and they evolve over time. So if you have any issues with a log file, go to the contact page and attach it and I'll have a look at it and make a fix.

@Brandon, You get the CSV file either from a 3rd party app, a hardware logger or converted P3/Inspire log files. One of the converters is http://flylitchi.com/logs

Maybe I missed a post or thread, but how I do download or get the info from my Phantom 3? Do I connect it to my computer via micro-USB? Is there a folder/file that i look for if any, or is there a command/tool to retrieve the logs??

I don't have a P3 myself but I have read that you first need to enter a 'Flight Data Mode' in the DJI PIlot App. Connect the drone to your computer via USB. You will then see a drive with the log files in it

Can anyone here verify this?

Yes, you're correct. That process will capture the FLYXXX,DAT files.
The FLYXXX.TXT files are in the pilot logs (look for the DJI folder) on your
mobile device.

I fly with an Android device, so I cannot vouch for iOS devices. But....

On my S5, there's a DJI folder. It contains (among other things) a LOGS folder. The files in that folder are listed as *.txt files, but they're not simple text files. Using flylitchi.com, you can convert those .txt files into CSV (comma delimited) files for viewing in Excel.

Flight Data Mode -- Flight Mode icon => Advanced Settings => Enter Flight
Data Mode

I think the above works on either Android or Apple device. After entering Flight Data Mode, you will be prompted to connect a USB cable to the microUSB port on your Phantom. The USB port used for this is the port on the front of the Phantom, under the logo. You CANNOT use the USB port on the gimbal to obtain this FLYXXX.DAT data - it is written to the internal SD card - said internal SD card is epoxied inside the Phantom. It is not user serviceable nor user accessible, except through the Flight Data Mode. The .DAT files are encrypted, but DJI can read them.

This info needs to be in a FAQ - it keeps coming up again and again and again!

I have found that the www.djilogs.com converter has more data in the resulting file.

And also the DAT files has more data in them.

Two new features have been added:

A function to export your pilot log as a PDF.
