Hello, big problem with my new Ronin s : i just tried to use it this last two days, it cannot remain straight to the horizon.. the motor always put my lense in direction of the floor.. It is in fact a contruction problem, by the advice of the shop who sold it to mee. I'm triing to have a solution here today, if no answer i will return it to the shop tomorow, so please help me.

Hi Tom, sorry to read on this, please make sure the gimbal has been balanced properly, then make Auto Tune to check the balance status, you can also try the system calibration. Please ensure the firmware has been updated to the latest version. If the issue persists, could you please provide us the screenshot of the Motor Parameters in the APP? Thank you in advance.
