My Samsung Galaxy Tab A will not run the Go 4 app. The video feed breaks up at close range with or without OTG. How do I turn off the video cache? I do not see that option listed on the App for the spark.

You can’t switch off video cache on spark.
What you need to do is to downgrade your app version to 4.1.15 or 4.2.12 and the issue will be gone.
Download the previous versions of the app at apkmirror. You need to enable installation from unknown sources on your device.
Also disable auto updates in play market.

I am assuming that the video cache is the issue because it works fine with my Samsung Note 8 with cache enabled. I would like to use the Tab A because of the larger screen.

Yes I understand. And as I said it’s not possible to switch off video cache on DJI spark.
Trust me, do the downgrade.
It won’t hurt to try and downgrade to do some testing.
I think the issue is that galaxy tab a doesn’t have the horsepower to run the latest app properly. The device needs to have at least 4gb of ram ( better to have 6gb of ram) to work properly on 4.3.0
It happened to me on my Samsung galaxy s6, then I downgraded and the issue was gone!!

Hi there, thank you for reaching out and we're very sorry for the Inconvenience that you have faced. May I ask have you tried to use different frequency when flying the Aircraft? And make sure there is no interference on the Area/location?

Sorry I might have been wrong, because now I see that on my iPad air2 I can switch off video cache recording but on Android device there is no such option,  didn’t see one.
