Does anyone know if the new Mavic pro 2 works 100% with the standard Dji googles or are the Re goggles needed?

Strange isn't it! One can't say naughty words on here but I can call myself anything nasty. Their a funny lot at Dji. I asked them to delete my account a while back and they told me it was impossible!

Re will allow the M2P to fly and switch between 2.4 and 5.8 on the fly alla Ocusync 2.0., the white goggles will only work in the 2.4 range as that is all they support.

Hi there, DJI Goggles RE can only connect to the Mavic 2 with firmware 01.00.0600 or above via DJI Assistant 2 on a computer. The firmware has been released, you may update to the latest version to check. As for the Standard Goggles, our engineers are still working on the firmware, we'll release as soon as it is ready, thanks so much for your attention.

They don't even work with the cheaper goggles. That sounds about right. I suppose nobody knows when the release to fix the standard dji goggles is? Dji reminds me of Apple

Sorry about that. I tested with RE Goggles last night and just assumed.

Sorry for the confusion. The Standard Goggles will be compatible with Mavic 2 in the future via the firmware update, our engineers are still working it.
