Of course it won't void the warranty. When you are speeding your car you also won't loos your warranty. Since flying illegal doesn't have anything to do with altering the product, the warranty isn't affected. And when you opened the box when you get ur DJI product, you agree that DJI is not liable when YOU use their product illegal.. But thats something different than warranty.

There is a certain degree of irony as the 5.8GHz channels DJI have assigned to the Spark are not licensed for WiFi use in the EU. This is the reason why Android users in Europe needed an OTG solution so they could use 2.4GHz for the RC to Spark uplink/downlink.
