Most likely, since it's against the law.

Hi there, thank you for reaching out. Regarding to your question as long as you don't modify the Aircraft and not using any third party warranty it will not void the warranty.

Who will ever know that you are Flying in FCC Mode !??! Do you think an Officer will come and know if you are in FCC or CE Mode ??

Most of them don't even know how to operate a Simple Smart Phone, let alone have knowledge about Drones, etc... I won't give any details...

Come on Mate, be Courageous !

Its is Illegal and it will Void the Warranty.

Of course it won't void the warranty. When you are speeding your car you also won't loos your warranty. Since flying illegal doesn't have anything to do with altering the product, the warranty isn't affected. And when you opened the box when you get ur DJI product, you agree that DJI is not liable when YOU use their product illegal.. But thats something different than warranty.

There is a certain degree of irony as the 5.8GHz channels DJI have assigned to the Spark are not licensed for WiFi use in the EU. This is the reason why Android users in Europe needed an OTG solution so they could use 2.4GHz for the RC to Spark uplink/downlink.

You will not lose the warranty if you use FCC mode in CE countries.

Fly safe everyone.
Alex.
