Is it possible to recover Flight Log data? I accidentally pushed the gear button (that is too close to the Cloud Sync button) and didn't think twice about pressing the red text. My P4P dropped from about 20ft when the signal dropped and broke my gimbal. I need to upload my flight data. How can I still do that? Thanks.

Did you follow their LOG upload instruction to the letter?

They tell you how to go about the procedure.

The only other option is to add SD Refresh to my phone. I'm not going to add a third party app to my phone though. If that's my only option, I'll just let DJI sort it out. Thanks.

It probably won't be on your SD card...mine is not. Just went through this with the help of RedHotPoker. My files were on the actual phone under DJI. The first time they didn't show up...but after unplugging and plugging back it they were there and it was simple to find and upload (make sure you "allow" once plugged in).

If you're not seeing your flight records, ensure you're connected to internet and hit the North marker at the bottom left of your DJI app and then the cloud to sync the records from DJI's cloud.

This worked for me on mg Galaxy 9 this morning, hope it helps you.

Trying to restore old sync files that were inadvertently deleted from Dronelogbook.  Logs are in the cloud but come back as invalid files on Dronelogbook.  Any other way to access those cloud files?
