Hi!


My Osmo DJI 4K initially started to present a certain delay to connect, I had to turn on and off several times, until I took the battery I had, and now the situation complicated, after I to Osmo in a matter of seconds it turns off, see in the video, already tried reset but nothing happens.

Yes the Pan axis is already unlocked, I already have this Bone for at least 2 years, this procedure I already know.

I turn it on, it turns on its axis, turns on the green light, just the right side and in a few seconds and the light turns red and everything is loose.

I hope you can help me and just be something that has misconfigured.

I tried to make an up grade through the card and disconnect before finishing, see below ...

with a lot of cost I connected to my cell phone, I tried to calibrate the gimbal and the error, the camera continues without any action when in the controls of the gimbal.

Hi. Sorry for the late response. If that's the case, we highly suggest to send the drone to our repair center and have it check.

It's not a drone it's an Osmo DJI 4K, I noticed how unfortunate the attunement to what happened was superficial, but thank you anyway.

I've done a procedure that I can at least keep my osmo connected and connect to the application, but I can not make my gimbal work.
Something that I noticed is that the display always shows the battery 0% even if it is 100% charged, and the app does not show the information about the battery, seems to be the problem, my osmo can not read the battery, identify that it is full, so she's turning it off.

With that, you can tell me to update the firmware, but when I try to do this, to my desperation forever in 99% do you believe such a thing? if it were a cell phone would say it is a virus, but we are talking about a Osmo DJI.

Problem with the battery? I find it difficult because I have two.

I believe that if I can upgrade the firmware can solve this and it identify the battery, but what to do in a situation that stops at 99%? help me please!

I have the same issue re the power going down in a matter of 7-8 seconds.  I have spoken to DJI several times and ultimately they say the same thing — send it to CA.  One person from an authorized repair shop said he thinks it’s a hardware problem (and not the battery which is what most of the DJI tech support people say).  He thinks it’s a board issue in the handle.  I am taking it to a shop in NYC tomorrow for an evaluation/diagnosis and hopefully, a repair.

In my case, the problems are on the board, the best option was to change the handle.
