I ordered Mavic 2 Zoom Fri 24 Aug, sitting about a week after for delivery to UK - now DHL say package has been lost.

DJI's useless customer service says it may take 15 days for it to be investigated!!!

Absolutely shambolic customer service - please can someone responsible from DJI investigate and assist?

Ordered mine on 23rd, dispatched 24th.

Tracking not updated since 27th in Schenzehn.

DHL have no idea where it is.

Thank you for your help, I spoke to somebody from your customer service and they said it will take 15 days to investigate, that is absolutely ridiculous I’ve paid a big amount

Exactly, that is my problem. DHL has told me that it may be a bulk shipment, but that is not good enough. We need to know the exact date of delivery

DJI is shipping in bulk to save money. The PRO came from a bulk shipment of 344 units. The zoom came from a bulk shipment of 451 units.  Good luck Dude!

I spoke to DHL at 5 today, they said it was scanned internally at East Midlands this am, not sure how true that is, they also said it they can’t open a case until tomorrow, as that’s the last day for “delivery”.

Pretty standard timing in my mind.  You and I may want someone to jump up and put a gun to someone's head and insist on faster, but in reality it just won't happen.

Good comeback from DJI! Obtained the delivery today. They are sending in bulk to save money thats the problem. Please enable better tracking.
