The REAL problem. Is that DJI Moderators and Forums staff along with low level support staff have no idea what is going on

Recently, DJI-BladeStrike came onto the forum and provided very good information on several topics...

Has he addressed the issue of CS on the M2? I think going to the forum "admins" is a total waste of time and their answers should be taken with the smallest grain of salt possible. But I would definitely take his word much more seriously.

@DJI-BladeStrike, if you're monitoring this thread, could you provide some information on the status of CrystalSky compatibility with the M2? We're getting conflicting information from the admins here, and would appreciate some factual guidance on this matter...

Ah, the two usual troll crusaders are united again with having lost a short term interim allied who got banned. Apparently you got tired yourself from your own Mavic Air crusades and are now heading for new ones, without yourself owning either device that became your new targets. Not seeing the update here. Turned on the CS here in US and tried to update through Go app, says there's an update to 4.2.21, but does not download. Changed my VPN to South Africa and reconnected, same thing. Stuck on trying to download previous version. Does not download anything, just stays at 0%. Well, at least someone in the world has it up and running. I was going to wait until Monday to return my useless CS. I guess I'll wait.

The screenshot on this thread is a screenshot from an iPad showing another thread. The screen shown in the update is indeed a CrystalSky screenshot, not an iPad.

But, I don't think anyone other than the OP has been successful with downloading any such update, regardless of where you point your VPN. I haven't even had any luck installing the update prior - looks like the CS update server is completely down or having some other issue because no matter what I do I can't get it to update - just sits at 0% for hours (this is for version 4.2.21 - my CS came with 4.2.16).

This time , they deserve a picnic out.

I did a flight on the CS earlier and good to note that everything is working as intended!!

This appears to be legit as I just tested it out myself. Sorry for not believing earlier. Kudos to finding this. I would suggest everyone to update in case this thread mysteriously disappears

Downloaded thw .apk and it installed just fine. . Now I wish the wind would die down so I can go flying.  

So with the APK it worked fine for me. But now i have a other question to you guys. How will you charge your CS Battery in Future? In the past i traveled with the the Charger from the Phantom 4 with 160W. with that i was able to use the Quick Charger for the Mavic 1, loading the Remote and also the CS Charger. Now with the new Charger while it is not compatible i have to carry both chargers. The new one for the Mavic 2 and the old one to charge my CS. Has anybody a idea how to handle that better? Is there perhaps a smaller Charger that we can use only for CS?

Yes, there is a smaller charger to use with CrystalSky.  I have one and have used it without problems.

Perfect so far. not been through every flight option, but used 3 batteries yesterday  

Hi All - I have not tried the download yet still gonna hold out for the official one I think ? If you have the original DJI Mounting bracket I have played around with it and come up with a couple of other ways to fit it if anyone is interested - cheers H

The first one I’d rather hammer it in with six inch nails ;+), second one well most of us knew that one, you can buy the arms on eBay , I think to sort this one out dji should send out free bracket to anyone who purchased last bracket and CS.

Yeah LOL it is a bit cheap and nasty but it worked TBH I have put it back to its orignal state as I like things left orignal and will use my MavMount until we get a new one from DJI - I doubt they will give us one free but it is worth a try they could make a machined attachment bracket to fit the orignal one though if they think about it ! Anyway this may help some people - thanks for the feedback !

SO the next question is shall i try it out now or wait till it is daylight if that you YouTube Channel ?  At last the official DJI UpGrade for the CrystalSky is here - easy to upgrade go into the DJI GO 4 app on the CrystalSky make sure you are connected to your WiFi - then go into the settings hit the one labelled Me, then go into setting and hit check for update and click on the update - mine started automatically if you want any help drop me a comment below!  You will know when it is updated as the front picture has changed from the Mavic Air to The Mavic Pro 2 and the VW has gone it is a bloke with a pony and should be lablled v4.3.0 !Follow Hallmark wee video on YouTube if you get stuck !

got the cs update today. open go4 then click on the me thing

Glad to see it's finally official.  Updated tonight, no issues.  Forgot about the "me" update option to get djigo4 to update.  I kept trying to update firmware of CS.  But all is well.

Still loving the layout of the CS.  Tried the P4 Pro+ with built in screen, but just did not find the same feel to the built in monitor.
