I have a 240gig SSD that will not format on my I2. Ive tried on both FW version v.200 and v.100. Any help would be apprciated. It shows up on my computer just fine but it wont let me format at all on the I2.

240 GB is to large! Not compatible.Edit: Sorry, thought you were speaking of an SD Card. Just spotted the SSD. my mistake.

I mean it’s the DJI SSD. They go up to 480gig. It’s how you shoot 5.2k raw

Hello Wanda. I did try that and it didnt work. Here are all the troubleshooting steps ive tried:

Refresh Firmware, Roll back firmware to v.100, Refresh again. I tried both with the SSD installed and not installed in the drone. The SSD pops up in my computer just fine but as soon as i plug it into the drone it asks to be formatted. Exfat on v.200 and fat32 on v.100. I cant change settings on the SSD when it is installed. Ive used both android and IOS versions of the app. No luck.

Did anyone find a solution for this?

Had to replace the battery rack/SSD module. Once that was replaced everything worked fine.

240 Gb is enough for it
