Im a new user in DJI product. So my concern is that, Im using Canon 80D, but the Ronin S didnt provide any cable for my 80D. Anyhow to solve this matter? My canon 80D have micro B plug.

You sure what you have "micro B plug" ?

Because I have MINI USB socket in my Nikon D610, and I bough adapter from MICRO USB to MINI USB (http://s.aliexpress.com/fy2qMBN3) and it works, but half of functions (((

You have also MINI USB socket not MICRO

only the infared one is usable. any usb micro b provided?

Hello DJI Mindy, your company has announced the newest accessories for Ronin-S.  Like in my previous complaints, does DJI ship the Micro USB for me or do I have to pay again? Honestly it is such a dissapoinment that my camera doesnt get to use the special features in the Ronin App. I really hope that DJI take responsibility on this. i dont want  to pay just on the Micro USB only. Do something about this, please. Thank you

Is there any news about the connectivity to camera's like the Canon 77D and 80D? The RSS-IR cable does not work with my 77D, so after purchasing the product anno september 2019, a lot of functions are unavailable still.
