I don't see the imagen in the iphone

Hi, sorry for the inconvenience caused. Just want to clarify, is this for your DJI  Go 4 app? Can you please tell more information about the issue. Thanks.

Thanks, it is the DJI Vision APP for Iphone and Ipad, and it happens in both, my drone is the phanthom 2

Hi Adrian, sorry for the troubles with image transmission of Phantom 2, please try the following steps to see if the issue persists:
1. Reset the range extender.
2. Connect to the phantom wifi and open DJI vision app, go to settings-->binding.
3. Scan the QR code for binding.
4. Click the blue check box at the top right.
5. Go Settings--> “About” page ---there will show MC and camera’s version if the binding is successful.
