estou com um problema a 3 dias, nao consigo vôoar a mais de 100metros o sinal de radio cai derrepente e aciona o retorno, nao e configuraçao de iniciante, e nem o local onde vôo
pois o local onde vôo o normal era ir 1km,
se alguem puder me ajudar ficarei muito agradecido


I have a problem for 3 days, I can not fly more than 100 meters the radio signal drops suddenly and it triggers the return, it is not a beginner configuration, nor the place where I fly because the place where the normal flight was to go 1km, if someone can help me I will be very grateful

Turn on the aircraft and the controller, connect the phone or tablet you use with your Phantom.
Launch the DJI GO app, enter Camera view and tap the settings icon on the top right hand corner of the screen (indicated by three horizontal lines)
Scroll right to the bottom of the list of options and select ‘About’. You will be shown the current firmware versions of your aircraft and remote.

Hi there, thank you for reaching out and we're very sorry for the Inconvenience. Regarding with that, I would suggest giving a try to re-login your DJI Account on your DJI GO app then. make sure as well there is no interference on the location, have you try as well flying on a different place/location?
