Hi. We apologize for the inconvenience. There is an error with the camera coaxial cable (MIPI), or it is not connected properly. We highly suggest to send the unit back for repair.
I was just saying that I didn't have time to mess with this issue any more. I have a 500 size electric Helicopter I'm also working on.
Sometime it's easier to just have someone else take care of the problem.
I'm rebuilding a heli with a fly bar sys so I have to deal with my gyro settings and expos on that rig so I went chump and
took my Phantom in for upgrade firmware problem.
My P-4 is out of warranty so time wise.....this made sense for me.
If you contact some of these repair shops they will walk you through the fix.
This is the first real problem I have had with my drone and paying $50.oo was an easy chaise.

I have had this problem for over a year did firmware update and there it went. I had Always wanted a dji and I am disappointed in the fact that so many people have this problem and nothing has been done. I'm out of warranty so I a unit sitting here that I cant fully use. Dji should be responsible because there f.w. caused this problem. I have nothing good to say at this point. I will sit here and wait to see if a fix comes along.
