nice set up ! what are those spindles doing ? they look modded ?

Those are the new DJI readyrig spindles for easy on and off. Something to get up and going much faster.

got it ... you pulled off the plastic spindle and bearings ... to make it lighter ?

I didn’t do any of that. They connect and disconnect from the spindles - they’re at the DJI store.
