Been flying for some while now, and decided to jump the guinnea pig wagon of buying the latest drone straight from DJI instead of waiting for it to arrive at local dealerships.
However, I noticed today that my DHL tracking number claims that my shipment has been signed for?
I contacted customer service, and they said that on their end my shipment is still with the courier.
Has it happened to anyone else before, that you would have received the wrong shipment number per email - but in the same email it is painstakingly obvious that it is your own order number, and your customer information?
Hi ColdFish, sorry for the confusion caused, I managed to get your order number via your Forum account, it was split to two packages and both the status is normal upon checking in DHL website, I will PM you the tracking number, please double check, thank you.
