Hello

Dji Go 4 ->Editor ->Album->Photos are not showing the photos preview i have taken. The Videos are there.
Checking the SD card of Spark the photos are store there.
At flyght log the imagens are spoted on map

I have already uninstalled dji go 4 from my iphone 8 and installed it back but the problem presist…

It is working on all iphones?

try importing the photos into the Album/Editor.

I think it's a bug with version DJI GO 4.3.0 on iOS. Same on this thread: Photos don’t show in album

I'm having the same issues.  I didn't check that other thread to see what they said, but I can eventually see the photos once I reconnect everything

Hi, Thanks for the inquiry. Did you manage to connect the phone to the RC and AC? If you uninstall the application I'm afraid that the cache files will be deleted. Please provide your DJI GO 4 app version. Kindly keep us posted for further assistance.

Funny I am having the exact same problem and I didnt do any updates or anything.

Hi Tony, I tested with the new DJI GO 4.3.2 and iOS 12 on iPhone7 with WIFI and OTG as well. The photo album works correctly again. I tried to access with the AC connected and the AC disconnected. In both cases visualize the photo. When not connected, request to connect to download the photo. All this is correct. The flight tests remain with the new 4.3.2

I'll keep you informed.
