Hi All

I been spending hours attempting to update the firmware on my p4p.
I have followed all the instructions on this forum. but i am stuck.
No matter what i do the RC firmware will not update.
It keeps failing with the message
"update Failed"
currently i have 1.03.00.00
I am updating to 1.0.4.01.00
I have attached the screen shot of the error.

Any suggestion to save my sanity pls.

SOLVED...
turns out my android tablet is not supported by DJI.

i am very embarrassed.

SOLVED AGAIN.... turns out the HUAWEI BTV device i am was using is not supported, but it does work.
By clearing the cached items. settings->storage->clean

Despite uninstalling the DJ-GO app 11 times, it does not remove the app cache settings.

Hi Tony
The problem was NOT with the device, or that the device is NOT supported by DJI.
The problem was with the DJI-GO and android NOT removing the app cache data after reinstall.
