DO you have a tentative schedule ?  or should I throw this CS out ?  Why the hell you sell your own device with the least support available ?

I feel bad for the moderators here, because honestly they're not at fault for this CrystalSky mess. So I hope you guys don't take this personally.. the message is more directed at the decision makers (or lack thereof) for completely dropping the ball on the CS update during Mavic 2 release.

It's been said before.. but a lot of us are sitting on thousand's of $$$ of current generation DJI hardware right now which are effectively NOT ABLE to function together. It's infuriating to say the least.

I have a £700 premium DJI device gathering dust in its case while the warrantee slowly expires .  

2 weeks already, and the usual response of please be patient.  for how long ?

Being a moderator here, they accepted to be DJI Employee.. They got benefits !!

They are being paid to cushion users ire and complains to the management....

So, its a WHO CARES attitude and support mode !!

IF YOU DONT LIKE DJI, DONT BUY OUR DRONE !!   hhaha

I don't know when the update will be released but knowing DJI it shouldn't be too long.

Hi, Thanks for the inquiry. Unfortunately, we don't have a specific or expected date when it will be compatible as of the moment. Sorry that we cannot provide false information. Thank you for understanding. Please pay attention to our website for further updates.

Hi, may I ask how you know that date?

There's another forum which has a link to the CS APK. Apparently the update has been released in South Africa and it was captured as it downloaded. I have it installed on my UB and 5.5 and it works a charm. So I don't know what the delay is for the official release.

It can be a matter of perspective.  We received our mavic 2 pro and zooms early as a benefit.  Dji could have waited until all the updates and a full supply of batteries were in stock before release, but then we wouldn't have our new drones this early.  I'm happy to fly with these many limitations, rather than not flying at all. Hope that helps with ire in some way.
