When using the OSMO + device and using the DJI software, when I want to stream live, I have a platform like a snapshot or something else, and it's really bad for the video and you can not actually use it.
Has anyone had experience? Is there any other software to do this?

Thank you for the response. Can you try to use a different mobile device? Since the phone that you're using is not compatible with the Osmo+. You can check here the list of the compatible devices for Osmo+: https://www.dji.com/osmo-plus/info#downloads
