4 days ago i sended DJI an email about my lost phantom. I'm still waiting for an answer. Does it always take that much time? Someone who contacted the support staff before with the report a problem form? I'm from West Europe.
I am totally not happy with the customer service and repair!!!!!!!!!!! I have been asked to do photos at my best friends wedding this weekend and I sent my drone over 6 weeks ago and still NO drone and they can't tell me WHEN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I was going to buy the Inspire to replace my Phantom 2 but I will never buy anything from DJI and I will not talk well about the customer service and repair. I really like the product but the service SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
