I think you did a great job, it was nice to watch. Like the transitions, like the shoots with your friends and the mix of handheld and flying clips. A mix of this always tells a better story in my book.
great colors and fantastic scenery. The best flying scene for me is the "backward" part that starts with you guys and than continue seamless like 2000 meters from there.
It also contains a "lot of details" when you look at that text, the salt at the breakfast table , the first 2-4 seconds with the monkey, his/her sade face then switching to to "comrate view".
For the people that really watch this will somehow see that you have reversed some clips which makes a "surprising effect".  small small details that enhances the experience for me.

I'm not a big fan of the music but that is a small (personal reflection/taste) detail and it might have some special meaning for you and if you are happy with it then ignore this last line.
It looks that you had a very good time and that is the best. You also managed to get Valencia in a new perspective for me.
