i've got a card on the craft.  the app says i'm recording to the card.  i check the settings, and it is set to record to the card.  but all my video and pictures are on the internal memory.  what am i doing wrong?

Hi, we're sorry for the inconvenience caused. Can you please try to uninstall and reinstall DJI Go 4 App? After that, please go to camera settings. In ‘Storage Location’ you can choose to keep them on the Micro SD card or the internal storage. Thank you.

Can you please try to use different SD card? Let see if this will work.
