I have read a lot of negitive writeups about DJI's customer service on here. I have had many questions i have sent to DJI over the past 4 months and have always received a quick response to every one of them! Now i'm going through the process of having lost/ crashed my Phantom. Again, i have had nothing but good ,fast answers to anything i have asked them. I got through on the phone in a reasonable time. I was told exactly what to do in regards to sending my phantom to the DJI facility in Southern Ca. I'm not expecting it to be done in a week, i know i'm going to have to wait for a time, but thats ok, at least i know it's in DJI's hands. I have no idea what to expect in regards to being covered by any warranty. If they find my fly away was the phantoms fault and want to help me out that would be great. If they find I was at fault, i trust their judgement. You all have to admit the Phantom is a pretty damn nice piece of machinery!

Good outlook. I to have had to deal with service on several occasions including and RMA for warranty. I have nothing but good to say other than the repair time. But I understand they are growing rapidly and time will catch up to where service times should improve. I , like you used the system and it works. I have called and talked to them and a couple of time was place in a call que that took 25 minutes but I was finally connect to a live person. Also received responses from tickets I sent in. I own 2 phantom v+ and am very satisfied. Only concerns I have had have been battery issues after 45 flights it dropped percentage really fast. Had to replace. But other than that good flying.
