Is anyone finding the latest DJI Go 4 app super buggy on android???
I'm using  Samsung Note 8 android 8.0.0


It's so unstable, that I'm not even willing to fly my Spark.


DJI are you ONLY supporting Apple???? Come on, how about a little effort for android users?

There were reportes before of issues on Android 8, I guess still has issues on latest versions,
Have you tried installing the most stable version for spark 4.1.15?

Just google djigo4 apk download, and get it . I believe 4.1.15 and 4.2.omething, there are many posts on this.  But look at it this way, ios is one platform to cover one manyfactor, so less bugs.. Android is in hundres of devices, all with their own workarround to hide android, or userinterface, so clearly there will be bugs on android, many android app sucks IMO..

I don't disagree with what you are saying, but the rating for the Apple version is 2.7...

So the App is crashing on officially supported phones too? I use it on Asus Zenfone 2 with Mavic 2, and every 3-5 minutes it dies and needs a restart. DJI Support replied me (in German!) that my phone is not in their list. But it has lots of memory and 6'' screen - should be perfect. It runs all other apps and games just fine.

Yes, as others have said you need to download from apkmirror.
Enable installation from unknown sources on your device.
Also disable auto updates of the apps in play market.

I am using Note8 android 8.0 and it was crashing like you say.....so much for supported VS non supported phones.

Maybe DJI need to launch a controller with build in screen and we can all fly with less concerns.

Just for a little balance here, the Go 4 app has worked fine on both android phones that I use, Samsung 5 and 7, in the five months I've been flying. It has never crashed on me. I have no idea what makes the difference, but there you go.

yes....tried it...the issue isnt "cable".....it's your app as MANY people are also confirming same issue.
