Got my M2P and tried to connect and activate but it just does not recognise my Iphone 7 Plus.

Borrowed a Samsung S9 and that was fine. Anyone else having this issue? I just can't seem to get it to work

No problem using iPhone 7, have you tried using a different cable, just to eliminate that might be the problem.

Our apologies for the inconvenience. I agree on post #2, kindly try to use a different cable so that we can isolate the issue. Thanks for your support.

Also remember that if you are using the port on the base of the RC it won’t work if something is plugged into the side port.

I only have the one cable that came in the box. My USB cables are working with the iPhone to charge etc

Sorry i was just trying to eliminate that it might or might not be a problem with cable, you could just use your normal charging cable you use for your phone, plug into bottom usb and plug out side cable.

Thanks for all the help guys. Update is I got hold of an Iphone 7 and it worked fine with the cable that came with controller. Only my 7 plus does not work with it but works in every other instance. So either my specific iphone 7 plus or all 7 plus have this issue. Will try and get another 7 plus to test but thinking my phone might have an issue

try to use an original apple lightning cable. connect it to the bottom of the remote.
