Has anyone had a recording problem like in a movie?
New drone, no accidents - Phantom 4 Advance.
Gimbal sometimes makes a creaking sound, but I do not know if it's a mistake or a normal engine operation.
There is also a warning "Gimbal motor overloaded".

I would say do the usual checks, ensure your firmware is uptodate, but initially check that nothing is jamming any of the axis and then calibrate the gimbal.
After calibration does the issue persist ?

Firmware is updated. Nothing blocks the gimbal (outside). Gimbal and IMU calibration done.

And you do not have any third party lens/filters fitted?

Just the standard DJI UV lens/filter?

State the obvious(sorry) gimbal plastic transit housing removed(sorry to ask).

No obvious damage or anything bent ?

And by completely powering off and back on(both drone and controller) the issue persists ?

I remember once I had something similar, but I just landed and powered off and on(never came back)
Also is this just effecting the movie playback or can you see the camera shaking ?

Plastic gimbal protection removed.
Nothing seems broken.
Restarted multiple times.
There is another symptom that I forgot to write about. The gimbal camera is turned to the right by several degrees.

And no accidents ?

So when you last flew it and it was all a 100% ok, what happened in-between to potentially cause this?

Did you update the firmware and this then started happening ( if so you could at least rollback) ?

So the camera is tilted to one side, but also it shakes slightly ?
Do you normally catch it when it lands or do you land in grass for example(anything stuck in there, but hard to see) or no completely clear ?

It does almost sound like a software/firmware issue, especially if you are certain no accidents/knocks/bangs etc

Be sure to remove the little foam piece on the top back of the gimbal.

I only flew 2 days. No accidents, few landings on the grass. There are rather no pollutants.
Software upgrade done before the first flight.
First flight right after buying. Then from the impression (the first drone, the first flight) I did not notice this small foam piece on the top back of the gimbal and the picture was fairly ok (gimbal had limited ability to move sideways.).
Two days later, I noticed this protection and took it off, and then the picture was flying sideways.

One of the motors on the gimbal is probably damaged.

Yes. Current firmware is V01.00.0128 from 2017-06-08
