Sync has worked for the month I have had this lovely craft, it is failing now.  I have tried 1 month, 6 months, All.  In all cases it fails at about 32%.

My setup:  

Go 4 App v4.3.0
Controller v 01.00.0100
Mavic Air v 01.00.0400

I (just now) updated the Go 4 App on my Mini 4 to v 4.3.1, following which Sync failed on 1-month and 6-month settings.  

Checked internet connection (now WiFi, 360Mb/s download and 350Mb/s upload).   Previous failures were on 3G (hotspot from an iPhone) and the WiFi.

Rebooted iPad, Sync failure occurred at 40%. Failed again at 32%.  There were 4 flights today that show (correctly) in the Flight List screen on iPad.

Please advise what I should do next.  Thanks jb

OK Natasha, here goes.

1) Verified that the sync still fails.  Yes, it fails as before.

2) Close Go 4 App, reopen app.  Sync fails.  32%

3) Sign out, sign in to DJI Go 4 App.  Sync fails.  32%.

4) Backup Flight Records and Flight Logs to PC.

5) Delete App (deleting ALL ITS DATA).  Reinstall app.   Log in again.   Of course there are NO flights in Flight List.

6) Sync Failed! at 92%, which took 22 seconds.   I have no idea what it was synchronizing, since there was nothing in Flight List.

7) Clear Local Flight Records from the Sync screen.  Yes, All local flight records.   Sync failed at 92%, taking 17 seconds.

Please advise ... What should I do next?  Thanks, jb

This morning (Sep 12) I had another 4 flights and this time (on WiFi) Syncing worked.  All flights seem to be there with the exception of the 4 from Sep 11.     Can you explain what was going on?  Will this occur again?   What should I do next time?   Am I doing something wrong?

Sync now working - conducted with iPad & iPhone

So ... I'm guessing that this was some sort of a server issue, having nothing much to do with either me or "InvisibleName 7" ...  Please advise.  Thanks jb
