DJI Care Refresh - How do I file a claim??

I have been looking at how to file a claim with my DJI Care Refresh and I cannot figure it out.  My Spark decided to do a water landing after a signal loss and I need to have it repaired or replaced.

My brand new mavic mini only flown twice today decided it would fall from the sky at a hight of 31 meters for no reason and has broken both front arms. Really frustrated going round in circles on dji site to try get help. Luckily i have dji refresh but dont know how to claim.
Why has my brand new drone fallen from the sky for no reason in and open clear space!!

Hi, we're really sorry to know about the incident. Kindly contact our Product Support in creating a repair ticket. The team designated will ask you of your flight records and this will determine the behavior and your controls during that specific flight.

If product malfunction was found, DJI will cover its repairs in accordance with our After-Sales Service Policies while retaining your DJI Care Refresh policy claims remaining. On the other hand, if user errors were determined, you may use your DJI Care Refresh for replacement.
