Got altitude too large even when I was 30 m high..

Attitude is not height (not to confused with altitude).
This is the drone’s angle, meaning the drone was tilted so steep that the vision sensors are pointed downward and may not see obstacles.

As explained here above, it happens when you fly in strong wind.

Yes, it means that the drone is tilted too much for the sensors to work properly, so the sensors are off and thus the speed is increased, not like when the drone has to keep level enough for the sensors to keep working, so the drone slows down a bit.
