I flew three batteries today and had the app crash at least 4 times.  It's really aggravating.  Thankfully it was just the app crashing.  The Mavic 2 Pro preformed great dispite the app.  I have the latest firmware that was downloaded yesterday.  Using a Samsung Galaxy 7.

Sorry dude! So far NO app crashing. I am using IP6S+ but dedicated nothing on it. One time I had a message, that I never seen before, saying something like 98% of your phone CPU power is in use???

What makes you draw this conclusion?  It wasn't connected to a network or wi-fi...

It has been a known issue with the samsung S7 after the last firmware update of the phone itself the ram or available memory on the phone to run apps is less then a gig, check the available memory and you will see maybe 900mb or or under, the new go4 app uses alot of ram to run hence the disconnection or all this could be wrong and it could just be the cable you have connected to the side port that is faulty.

New quality cable.  I'm not sure what firmware version I'm running.  It hasn't been updated since May 2017.

Hi, we're sorry for the inconvenience caused. May I know if the operating system of your Samsung Galaxy 7 is updated to the latest version? Have you tried to uninstall and reinstall DJI Go 4 app?
